Creating a new thirty storey landmark for Salford Quays, the OMI designed Clippers Quay references the industrial past and bright future of the Quays. Building from the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg the design contrasts a brick, warehouse base breaking into a light glossy tower. Delivering a co-living / residential scheme to attract the best creative talent to the Quays. enabl planning were delighted to secure planning consent on behalf of Eden Land and Planning for this exiting proposal.
