Drawing upon our in-house multidiscipline expertise, we were appointed by Southway to sit alongside them and manage the process of through construction monitoring and programme management of design led luxury housing.
Acting as the main point of contact, we acted as the interface in ensuring that works were progressing as planned and worked through a process of reviewing variations to the purchasers agreement to ensure that the product reflected the needs of the end user. Our working relationship with Southway is continuing to be strengthened having acted as Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant, Cost Manager, Employers Agent and Purchasers Agent for them since we were established.
