Enabl were appointed in October 2023 to provide Quantity Surveying support on the project which involved the construction of three 3-bedroom terrace properties in Culceth, Warrington, a historic village in north Cheshire.

The Enabl Quantity Surveying team were brought on board following tender to review submissions and carry out an analysis process leading to the selection of preferred contractor and negotiations on contractor price on behalf of the client. Leading on from this the Enabl team supported the client through the preparation of contract documentation and acting as contractor administrator throughout the construction phase of the programme.

In exciting news, the project is now on site, with the drone footage below showing the different stages of construction, with the scheme scheduled to be finished in December 2024.
