Intricately planned and managed

A different approach to the typical delivery model through the use of a Construction Management approach giving the developer full control of the delivery stage.  We overseen the process, helping to transition the delivery through each of the stages and providing the overarching support to the developer to allow them to focus on making the key decisions that really matter.

Having a broad range of skillsets within Enabl, we were able to navigate the project effectively and offer the advice required to bring forward this luxury home.

in South Manchester

The name “Hale” derives from an Anglo-Saxon word for “refuge” and the suffix “Barns” refers to the medieval Tithe Barns, now sadly demolished. The area was primarily rural until after the Second World War but significant building has taken place since that time.

It is known as an affluent community and many people who live here commute to work in Manchester and Salford.  As an affluent area, we're continuing to see a positive drive for more development with Enabl working actively across the South Manchester region.
