The original building dates from the 1800s and was originally used as a school, then became a medical centre in the 1980s. St Johns Medical centre sits between a Grade II listed St Johns Church and a row of 20th Century maisonettes. The objective is to create a residential development that upholds the site's heritage status, improves the Conservation Area, and preserves the setting of the asset.

This tricky process required the Enabl team to navigate a complex set of challenges, including architectural coordination, retainment of structural integrity and preserving historical value of the asset.
As Contract Administrator working on an amended Prime Cost Building Contract, Enabl played a crucial role in ensuring that the bespoke contract effectively met the project's requirements and to facilitate a smooth delivery.
