Offering a full package of support, Enabl allowed client Quinta Group to unlock the potential of an underused triangular piece brownfield land in Timperley. Acting as Planning Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Employers' Agent, we saw the scheme sail from inception to completion - bringing our client's previously acquired planning consent to life.
The challenging site, bordered by Timperley Brook, Stamford Brook Road and an existing retail warehouse unit, necessitated a creative design response. To the rear of the dwellings, for example, the team had to balance the Environment Agency's requirement for access to the brook with the need to provide secure amenity space which did not impede on the passage of amphibians. Accordingly, complex planning conditions were attached to the planning permission. Tasked with discharging these to enable programme to be met, our attention to detail and due diligence played no small part in making it happen.
Design-led residential development
The development opportunity brought to market three four bedroom detached properties in a sought after area of south Manchester. The development provides high quality living accommodation for prospective families with an emphasis on contemporary design which responds to the existing residential and commercial space in the surrounding area.
