Carefully considering the end user

Through careful and well considered design, we've been able to bring forward a development of 102 new homes.  With particular attention on the quality of the design along whilst ensuring that the end product contains extensive resident facilities and amenity.

We provided strategic planning advice and navigated the planning process from early engagement with the council and public consultation to determination of the application.

We worked closely with the client and the architects to achieve the highest quality developments.  Our role included:

  • Pre-application process
  • Public consultation
  • Management of the project throughout the whole planning process

The scheme was able to provide an element of affordable homes in a high demand area.

Our biggest
success

Contribution towards the creation of the exhibition walk which is part of the Civic Quarter Area Action Plan vision for the area.  Having also been involved with the redevelopment of the surrounding area we used our expert knowledge to efficiently navigate the requirements of the Local Planning Authority.

Where is the scheme
located?

The scheme is located at Birch Avenue in Trafford, the area of which is covered by the recently adopted Civic Quarter Area Action Plan. Trafford is benefitting from significant investment with Enabl actively working on a number of projects across the region across the different service lines.
