Collaborating with Layer Studio we evolved a masterplan to respond to site opportunities and constraints, informed by the design team which created a residential community able to have direct access to open trails across a newly created landscape.

Linking with the established residents the proposed scheme integrated to the locality and provided accessible, affordable housing to meet the needs of current and future residents within Halton.
