Why follow the herd when we can break the mould? We’re natural innovators searching for new avenues to bring our clients the value they’ve been looking for. We want our clients to expect more than the traditional property development experience because that’s exactly what we deliver: more value, better opportunities, and higher quality.
We're selective about whom we work with because we believe truly reaching your potential lies in the value of the connection we build with you. It's all about getting under the skin of your business and understanding what makes it tick. If our ethics and objectives aline, we know we can do great things together.
Exploring how development can offer new opportunities to places and people has been a continually enjoyable aspect of my career. Collaborating across a range of disciplines, I strive to see the bigger picture to support our clients as they bring forwards proposals which can make a long-term positive impact.
As a planner, my role is to provide the essential support to progress a project from concept to delivery. Calling upon my years of experience as a Chartered Town Planner, I work closely with project teams to deliver for our clients. Overcoming the challenges each project presents to provide a high-quality scheme is rewarding every time.
I am a Chartered Planner with over seven years of experience spanning various sectors across England and Wales. I am passionate about planning and I thrive on working closely with architects and consultants throughout all stages of projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
Over the years, I have contributed to a wide range of major projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and regeneration schemes. This experience has provided me with a thorough understanding of the planning process and honed my ability to identify and resolve planning challenges effectively, always with the client's best interests in mind.
I am particularly passionate about regeneration, high-quality development, and integrating sustainable technologies—areas I believe are crucial for addressing the pressing challenges faced by urban environments today.
What I love most about planning is its collaborative nature, bringing together specialists from various disciplines to create exceptional places and spaces for people. Knowing that my work has the potential to positively impact both people's lives and the environment is a privilege I deeply value.
I am a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a proud member of the Women in Property Association.
A well-rounded background in construction (both academic and on the ground) gave me real-world insight and an understanding of the buildability side of the surveying role. Today, acting as a Director and MRICS surveyor, I bring experience in project and cost management to enabl, having worked with SMEs all the way up to large international consultancies.
Our industry is complex and often convoluted. I believe in a fresh approach that not only puts clients at ease but builds their excitement and anticipation; content knowing their best interests are always put first. We advocate collaboration at enabl, which comes naturally to me as I bridge the gap and seek to resolve the far too often adversarial relationships between clients, contractors and fellow professionals.
I began working with enabl at the beginning of 2023 and since then have witnessed a period of rapid growth and expansion. I am a qualified Management accountant (ACMA) with 27 years experience in various sectors including retail, banking and pharmaceuticals. I am relatively new to the world of property development, but I'm interested to learn. I look after the book keeping, accounts receivable, VAT returns and cashflow reporting / modelling. It's a fun, vibrant and professional team to be a part of.
As a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in the residential sectors & public healthcare; more specifically Supported & Assisted Living, Social Housing, Residential Housing & Hospital sectors; I have a unique and diverse range of capabilities that I am continually improving. I am looking to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the near future, whilst expanding my current sectorial knowledge with Enabl. I have experience in a wide range of Quantity Surveying skills both pre and post contract and I have a particular interest in ensuring that projects are carefully planned and considered to prevent adversarial circumstances appearing post contract.
I have experience of assessing a wide range of planning applications at varying scales across different sectors, as well as handling planning appeals and providing pre application advice to prospective applicants and clients. I considered myself to be a strong communicator with experience of dealing with an array of key internal and external stakeholders. I bring to Enabl a valuable knowledge of the planning process post submission, and I pride myself in providing an honest and collaborative approach to help clients achieve success with schemes and planning submissions.
As a dedicated quantity surveyor, I take pride in always understanding the requirements of each client and prioritising their best interests. With a passion for accuracy and attention to detail, I offer comprehensive cost assessments and precise measurements to support informed decision-making. I actively seek opportunities to expand my expertise and I have worked on a diverse range of projects. Collaborative by nature, I value open communication and teamwork to ensure successful project outcomes, aiming to deliver high-quality work and build lasting relationships. As a strong advocate for women in construction, I strive to inspire and empower others in the field.
I first became interested in the built environment when writing my undergraduate dissertation on culture-led regeneration in Manchester and how the city's music and cultural scenes influenced its physical regeneration. In 2022 I graduated with a fully RTPI accredited MSc in Urban Design and International Planning where I gained skills and knowledge in design, GIS and urban and regional policy. The interaction between people and place and how the planning system navigates this are of particular interest to me, as well as how we as planners and built environment professionals create places which balance social, economic and environmental benefits.
A diverse background in construction has given me a great understanding of the principles and practices involved in delivering projects to the highest standard. I am committed to providing value, quality, and assurance in all projects that I work on. Working at Enabl, whilst studying an MSc in Quantity Surveying for the past 12 months has provided me with a much better insight of just how a quantity surveyor can help projects to prosper through collaboration and flexibility and I believe my passion for success will further aid both my own experience and the success of the projects I am involved with.

Each project starts with a discovery meeting in which we gather information about your project. We ask questions about your objectives, limitations, and timelines to understand exactly where you’re at. Following this, we’ll draw up a proposal for work that sets out the stages of your project.
Consistency is key for our clients and us. As a director led business, we pride ourselves on having full oversight of every project and we are supported by a dedicated team member whose job is to ensure all updates are communicated to you and all relevant parties involved in your project.
It depends on you and how you operate. We know that everyone is different and that it’s important to find a method of communication that suits you. Whether that’s regular meetings, video calls, phone calls, or just ad hoc communication when it’s important, we work with you to act as an extension of your business.
