Having optioneered and cost modelled various different schemes (one of which included a rooftop extension!) we managed to help the client decide on their preferred option using a balanced and informed view. Our role as cost manager was to test key packages and define the clients requirements to inform a set of information that could be used to tender.
Having navigated the procurement and equalised tender returns, we have been involved with establishing a delivery programme and strategy implementing a robustly drafted contract.
As the new headquarters for a Manchester born fashion company, our role is to deliver there fashion-themed design intentions and make them become a reality.

located?
Deansgate is one of the city's oldest thoroughfares. In Roman times its route passed close to the Roman fort of Mamucium and led from the River Medlock where there was a ford and the road to Deva (Chester). Located in the heart of the city, there really is something for every age, budget and taste.
