The scope of this programme is to significantly enhance the customer experience, strengthen brand presence, and create improved, more efficient workspaces for employees.
This project involved the full strip-out and refurbishment of three pre-existing units located in Preston, Barrow, and Ulverston. These were either older buildings requiring significant modernisation or existing building society branches in need of refreshed, more functional spaces.

Enable was appointed to ensure the successful delivery of all three refurbished units within a tight timeline of just 3–4 months. Our role was critical in driving the project forward efficiently, ensuring that each location met the high standards expected—on time and within scope.
Our biggest success was the timely and high-quality transformation of all three units, despite the ambitious schedule. Enable brought a structured, proactive approach to project management, coordinating all parties involved and maintaining clear communication throughout. This enabled Furness to relaunch their refreshed branches promptly, reinforcing their commitment to both customers and staff.
