A unique opportunity to help deliver the new St Ann's hospice to allow them to carry on providing essential care for life limiting illnesses.
Our support covered the construction stage of the development, administering the Building Contract between St Ann's and Caddick Construction. Acting as Employers Agent, we took the lead on ensuring that the decision making was streamlined and offered wrap around support in relation to any cost and programme challenges and helped to mitigate the impacts of them.
We led the monthly progress meetings and served all the required notices to ensure that the contract was adhered to and any potential claims fully understood.

As a pioneering new facility, the £20m investment required careful stakeholder management to ensure that the design reflected the aspirations of the hospice. With sensory areas and beautifully detailed landscaped gardens, the space will become a unique and welcoming space for residents to enjoy for many years to come.

behind the development
St Ann’s Hospice has been here for you, your family, your friends, and everyone in the Greater Manchester community for over 50 years. During this time they have provided thousands of local people who have cancer and other life-limiting illnesses with the specialist care and loving support they’ve needed, absolutely free of charge.
After half a century of caring, they desperately required a new hospice and additional facilities so that they can continue to deliver pioneering world-class care for everyone, for generations to come.
