Enabl Planning worked as part of the team co-funded by Mansfield District Council, HM Government via successful bid for Towns Fund and capital funding from Sport England.
The considered approach allowed the scheme to evolve following co-ordinated inputs across the technical design team to ensure the proposal was meeting local needs with a focus on facilitating delivery.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team enabl supported through the design evolution of the scheme through to securing full planning for a new Community Health Hub.

Collaborating with the design team we achieved full planning approval for a bespoke new community facility which will provide choice of fitness and activities to meet local needs.
Guided by detailed engagement with the local community and supported by Fields In Trust and Sport England the Community Health Hub captured the local requirements to ensure the facility will provide for future users.

Carr Lane has the benefit of being located as part of wider playing fields serving the community of Warsop.
Well connected with the town providing close access for residents able to utilise the new Community Health Hub.
