Following an unsuccessful planning application, enabl were appointed on a planning and cost management basis to assist with overhauling the previously proposed scheme.
Situated on one of the city’s arterial roads, the scheme is situated on one of the major gateways to the city. The brief was to engage a new team that could bring a fresh approach to the sensitive redevelopment of a site that contains a grade II listed building.
